On display in the historic center of San Marino more than 20 fruit installations ingenuity and creativity of artists who express themselves reusing urban waste and transforming them into works of art. The mutoidi are gigantic welded sculptures, the result of the recovery and rehabilitation of materials, mostly iron, that are born in England in the 80s.
From inorganic wastes of different type such as iron, plastic, rubber, fiberglass, aluminum, copper and brass come to life absolutely unique and unmistakable sculptures.
The event is organized by the Cultural Association The Garage, with the collaboration of Mutoid Waste Company, the performer group in constant evolution that is characterized by continuous research both in the collection of materials of the manufacturing techniques.
