Locomix 2026: the competition for emerging comedians

Back to Locomix, the competition dedicated to new talents in comedy organized by the Locomotive Association of San Marino. The event is sponsored by the Secretariat of State for Education and Culture and the Secretariat of State for Tourism of the Republic of San Marino.

After the success of the 2025 edition, which saw the triumph of Enrico Balboni (Overall Winner and Audience Award) and Assane Diop (Critics' Award), registrations for the new season are officially open.

The Selections in Verucchio

The selection phases will take place at the Pazzini Theater in Verucchio (RN), in collaboration with the Fratelli di Taglia Company:

• Saturday, March 21, 2026

• Saturday, March 28, 2026

The two evenings will be open to the public and will see comedians, impersonators, magicians, lookalikes, and theater groups compete for a spot in the finals.

The Final at San Marino

The final evening will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at the Concordia Theater in Borgo Maggiore (Rep. San Marino). On stage, six finalists will compete: the two winners chosen by the audience during the selections and four comedians selected by the technical jury.
