Restaurant
The welcoming Cesare Restaurant is the pride of the Hotel.
Menus are based on genuine products which are selected according to the cycle of seasons. They give guests the possibility to taste both local and international earthy dishes which are served in original ways, such as prosciutto from Carpegna, stinging nettle raviolacci (filled pasta), fish crepes, homemade pasta, grilled Chateaubriand and many more.
